Verify on the official AIS site (kyc.cloud.ais.th) with your passport and the ICCID we deliver with your eSIM. Data and calls do not work until verified, so we strongly recommend verifying before departure — it works the moment you land. The 50GB plan must be activated within 30 days after verification.
Note: the QR code can be activated only once (15GB plan). Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
