When your plan starts
Your usage period starts when the eSIM first connects to a network within the European coverage area. Japan is outside the coverage, so installing at home before departure does not start the clock (pre-installing is fine). Please start using it within 60 days of purchase.
Note: only the 500GB/90-day plan requires identity verification (via SMS link) if used beyond 30 days. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
