We’ve added new Japan eSIM plans running on the DOCOMO network. Our existing “Japan” plans are still available as-is — these new plans are an additional option for customers who want DOCOMO coverage.

Based on information we confirmed (as of August 27, 2026), these new plans connect through a Japanese IP address and support the ChatGPT and TikTok apps. Actual results may vary by device and location.
Days reset at 00:00 Japan time
High-speed data and validity days are counted by calendar day, resetting at 00:00 Japan time. Activation late in the day still counts as day one.

If manual APN entry is needed, please use “vmobile.jp” for APN, Mobile Data, LTE Setup, and Personal Hotspot.
