9 Returns and Cancellations
Cases Where Refunds Are Possible
- When the eSIM profile has not been installed
- When the eSIM cannot be used due to technical issues on our end
- Within 14 days of purchase and meeting the above conditions
Cases Where Refunds Are Not Possible
- When the eSIM profile has already been installed
- When data communication has already started
- When the customer’s device is not eSIM-compatible or not SIM unlocked
- When more than 14 days have passed since purchase

10 Operating Environment
To use this service, you need a device that meets the following requirements:
- eSIM-compatible device: Devices equipped with eSIM functionality such as iPhone XS or later, Google Pixel 4 or later, Samsung Galaxy S20 or later
- SIM unlock: Carrier SIM lock must be removed
- Internet connection: Wi-Fi connection required for downloading eSIM profile
