1 Overview

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) define the conditions for using the Xiao Long eSIM service (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by Little Dragon Tech Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By purchasing and using an eSIM through the Service’s website, application, or other means, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.

2 Definitions

3 Registration Purchase

• To purchase an eSIM for the Service, you must provide the necessary information and complete the purchase process through our website or application.
• You are obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. The Company reserves the right to refuse service if false information is provided.
• Upon completion of your purchase, the QR code and activation information required to install the eSIM profile will be sent to you via email.
• You are responsible for managing your account information. The Company shall not be liable for any unauthorized use by a third party.

4 eSIM Activation

The following conditions apply to the installation and activation of the eSIM profile.

• To install an eSIM, you need an eSIM-compatible and SIM-unlocked device. Please check the Compatible Devices page for a list of supported devices.
• Install the eSIM profile on your device by scanning the QR code or using manual settings. Please refer to the How-to Guide for installation instructions.
• The eSIM profile can only be installed once. If you need to change devices or reinstall, please contact customer support.
• The validity period of the data plan begins when the eSIM first connects to the network in the target region (may vary depending on the plan).

5 Terms of Use

You shall use the Service in accordance with the following conditions.

6 Fees Payment

• The fees for each data plan are based on the amounts displayed on the website and application. Displayed prices include applicable taxes.
• Payments are accepted via PayPal, Google Pay, credit card, and other payment methods designated by the Company.
• Payment processing is conducted through secure third-party payment providers. The Company does not directly store your credit card information.
• The Company reserves the right to change fees with prior notice. Plans purchased before the change will not be affected.

7 Refunds Cancellations

8 Validity Period

• Each data plan has a unique validity period. The validity period is stated on the plan details page.
• The start date of the validity period is when the eSIM first connects to the network in the target region (may vary depending on the plan).
• When the validity period expires, data communication will automatically stop. Unused data capacity will not be carried over.
• If you need to extend the validity period or add data capacity, please purchase a new plan.

9 Disclaimer

• The Service is provided using the networks of partner telecommunication carriers. Network quality, speed, and availability may vary depending on the region and communication conditions.
• The Company shall not be liable for any interruption or delay of the Service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, government regulations, or telecommunication carrier failures.
• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
• In no event shall the Company’s liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the respective service.

10 Suspension Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms
• Confirmation of fraudulent or deceptive acts
• Confirmation of resale or redistribution of eSIM profiles
• Confirmation of acts that damage the network
• Confirmation of use in violation of laws and regulations

11 Intellectual Property Rights

All content related to the Service (website design, logos, text, images, software, databases, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright law and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or use the Service’s content for commercial purposes without the Company’s prior written permission.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

13 Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms as necessary. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you via an announcement on the website or by email. By continuing to use the Service after the changes, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
