Description
Data-only eSIM for Japan. High-speed data ends when the selected allowance is used up. Choose your data allowance and validity period.
Plans other than 2GB/15 days connect through the au/SoftBank network with a Hong Kong IP address, so the ChatGPT and TikTok apps cannot be used.
For plans other than 2GB/15 days, the APN is cmhk. If APN entry is required, enter cmhk for APN, MOBILE DATA, LTE SETUP and PERSONAL HOTSPOT.
The 2GB/15-day plan is a separate eSIM on the au/SoftBank network. The APN is wbdata (set automatically on iPhone; if an Android device cannot connect, enter wbdata as the APN). Please install it within 365 days of purchase. Validity starts when it first uses data in Japan. After using up the data, you can add data to the same eSIM: choose “Recharge (add data)” under Order type (no need to set up a new eSIM).
Plans other than 2GB/15 days do not support top-ups.
