Description
Data-only eSIM for Taiwan.
Choose your daily data allowance and the number of days.
After the daily high-speed allowance is used up, the speed is reduced but data stays unlimited (the allowance resets the next day). The reduced speed varies by plan: 384kbps.

All plans support tethering (hotspot) with no extra limits.
Service starts when your device first connects to a local network at your destination (installing in advance in Japan does not start the clock).

Real-name registration is required in Hong Kong and Taiwan
Local regulations require real-name registration before you can use data in Hong Kong or Taiwan. Internet access stays restricted until your registration is complete.

When you arrive, you will receive an SMS inviting you to register, and you can use the link in that message. You can also register in advance from the page above before you travel. For use in Taiwan, you can register even before installing the eSIM. For use in Hong Kong, you can register once the eSIM is installed, even before it is activated. We recommend registering before you leave, so that you are not left without data on arrival.
If you will use the eSIM in both places, please register for each one separately. Note that you will not receive an SMS confirming completion. Once the form is submitted successfully, you are done. We recommend entering your email address when you register: a confirmation email arrives right away, so you can be sure your registration went through.
